My room is the most favourite place in my whole house. Either my room looks so clean and beautiful that it looks like a hotel room or my room is so messy that it looks like no living thing has entered that place in years. Before you could even step inside my room, you can smell the scent of my favourite lavender air freshener. The smell is so fresh and natural that you get the feeling of entering a garden filled with lavenders.
At the entrance of my room, just by the door, I have a beautiful artefact that I had purchased from North-east India to ward off evil eye. To the right of the entrance, there is an attached bathroom. It has a wall to wall mirror and a glass separation for the bath area. Nice bathroom? I know! My cupboard reminds me of a chocolate bar and let me tell you the reason. It has grooves like of that of a choco-bar and the colour of dark chocolate. Just opposite to cupboard is my favourite area… my bed! According to me, bed is one of man’s best inventions up till now. My bed is queen sized and with cute pillows. The wall behind has a beautiful wallpaper of flowers which relaxes me by just looking at it. There is cute tube light on the wallpaper that gives out dull yellow light which illuminates my whole room. There is a small table next to it which has a printer for my project work. On top of it I have two of my favourite toys that I won in arcade. Right in front of my bed is my study table. Because my sister and I share this room, it is unfortunately joined. But I do have fun with her sometimes. Since my mom is very religious, I have some idols of deities worshipped in India. There is a side table next to it for which as I use it as a space to keep some books and papers. The corner of the room has my full length mirror and my dresser. Just next is a window which gives a beautiful view of my apartment’s garden and park. Fresh air always passes my window which never ceases to be refreshing.
This is my room and has everything I could ever wish for. Even though I share this beautiful room with my sister, I would never give up his room for anything in the world.
